By taking your training online you have the ability to work at your own pace. You can take a break and return at any time to continue. You also have the ability to access your results and attain your certificate of completion immediately following your successful post test.

| Grievance / Refund Policies |
A written complaint or refund request must be made within sixty days of making the payment.
A written refund request must include the following information:
Full name of registrant
Registrant's email address
Course title and number
Date and type of payment
Reason for refund request
Refund requests can be emailed to info@ceunitsathome.com The CE Program Director will evaluate the merits of the request, and if deemed appropriate, will refund the original amount. Refunds will not be approved if they are received more than sixty (60) days after receipt of payment. Refund requests will be processed within 5 days of receipt of the request. After refund we will notify the appropriate board.

You can edit most of your information in the YOUR PROFILE section. After logging into CEUnitsAtHome click on YOUR PROFILE on the top navigation and then click on EDIT INFO. There you can change most of your information except your name. If you would like to change your name you will have to contact us.

Perhaps your login and password are being entered incorrectly. Click here then enter your email address that is in our system and your will instantly receive an email with your login and password to your email address.

Once you have completed the training post test, submit your answers and your score will be displayed immediately. You can then add your completed training(s) to the cart for payment with credit card, PayPal, or check / money order. You will also receive an automatic email with your score and answers once you have successfully passed the post test.
When your payment has been received either by mail or automatically when paying online with a credit card you will be instructed on how to print your certificate online.
Directions for printing your certificate online
1. Log in to CEUnitAtHome.com and click the "YOUR PROFILE" button. On that page you will see all the trainings you have completed. If it is marked as paid, you can click on the training name or, click on the certificate picture. This will take you to your printable certificate of completion.
2. After payment is received you will receive an email with specific instructions.

Each unit is equal to 50 minutes of reading. So a 7 unit training should take you approximately 6 hours to complete.
This is an average so some people may take longer or need less time to complete the trainings. You can take as much time as needed to complete the training.

Each unit is $8.00.
We currently accept the following types of payments: Visa, MC Paypal, checks and money orders.
